Warranty & Returns

Every device you buy from AppleXpress is covered. Here is exactly how long, what is included, and how to make a claim if something goes wrong.

Brand-new devices
3 months

AppleXpress warranty from the day you buy.

Used devices
2 weeks

AppleXpress warranty from the day you buy.

Apple warranty
Up to 12 months

On devices still under Apple warranty, subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

What's covered

  • Faults reported within your warranty period, other than physical or water damage
  • Brand-new devices for 3 months from purchase
  • Used devices for 2 weeks from purchase
  • Devices still under Apple warranty, for up to 12 months, handled under Apple's own terms

What's not covered

  • Physical damage, including cracked screens, dents and bent frames
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Claims made after the warranty period has ended

How to make a claim

  1. Fill in the warranty claim form with your details, the device, when you bought it and what is wrong. Photos or a short video help.
  2. You get a claim number straight away, and our team reviews your claim and contacts you by phone.
  3. Bring the device to our store, Shop BPS 8A, Banex Plaza, Plot 741 Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, so we can inspect it.
Apple warranty: if your device is still covered by Apple, cover of up to 12 months is provided under Apple's terms and conditions. Physical and water damage are not covered by Apple either.

When does my warranty start?

On the day you buy the device from AppleXpress.

What happens after I submit a claim?

Once you submit the claim form, our team reviews it and contacts you on the phone number you give us.

Is my used iPhone covered?

Yes. Used devices come with a 2-week AppleXpress warranty. Physical and water damage are not covered.

My screen cracked. Is that covered?

No. Physical damage, including cracked screens, is not covered by our warranty or by Apple's.

How do I know if my device still has Apple warranty?

Enter the serial number on Apple's Check Coverage page at checkcoverage.apple.com. You can also mention it in your claim form and we will check for you.
